Creatine Bodybuilding

Creatine is actually produced in our own bodies (in the liver and the kidneys) and provides a basic building block in muscle development as it is essential for muscular contractions. We could get lots of creatine by eating raw fish and red meat as it is destroyed in the cooking process. you would have to eat about 16 steaks a day to get abiut 20gr of creatine for pumping your muscles - not really feasible.

The basic building block for any muscular contraction is adenosine triphosphate known as ATP. The great advantage of taking creatine is that it increases the ATP thus giving you all the fuel you need to build muscle. That is why it is so good for
bodybuilding or athletes who need a powerful burst of energy.

I've read a lot if not most of Creatine is produced in China who have been known to put some chemicals/substances in where they shouldn't be. I don't know if this is a problem with Creating but it has definitely made me scepticle.
